This is my daily vitamin. Most vitamins upset my stomach. Because they are a liquid cap, I’m able to digest them with no problem. They have what a need in a multivitamin and much more.

Very happy with the product and very easy on my stomach. However, there have been a few instances where when they arrived and they were very oily and slick like some of the capsules hadburst within the packaging. This is not a returnable item. So just be aware that as they are gel capsules.

Been on these almost a month now, I have enjoyed them, usually I don't set well with vitamins but this works for me

The pills are black. This just surprised me and I wouldn't buy them again for this reason. They are also sealed so you can't open one easily to verify what's in it.
