can it be use for dry also?

Yes my Lori only likes it dry. He dips his beak in water then the powder. I mix it with Lori powder. 1 scoop Nekton to 4 scoops of lori powder. He never like Lori powder or Nekton wet.

Can it be for hummingbirds too?

I wouldn’t use for hummingbird food it’s far too expensive. Use sugar and water for hummingbird food without dye
