The media could not be loaded. These engines are so fun to build. This is the 2nd one I got my 14 year old son. Now he is ready to build another one. I got him one for Christmas 2022, and this one I got him Christmas 2023. The one on the left we built together. The blue and grey one I DIDNT HAVE TO LIFT A FINGER. He started and finished without me. If you are a boy mom. I definitely recommend these engine kits. They are a hit.

This was a fun build. however all the lights did not work and the timing belt will slip off the pulleys after like 10 seconds. They give you two and both broke trying to fix it .I ended up using the second fan belt and fashioning a cover for the pulleys so it couldn't slip off. Now it works but not going to try to make it run for a prolonged period. but all in all a fun model

My son thoroughly enjoyed building this and seeing it run. It was a great summer activity and very educational as well.

Everything is good but timing belt WHEEL cannot hold the timing belt even 1 minute, timing belt comes out in a minute, to install it back again u have to unscrew and uninstall several parts, but it does not worth to do for 1 minute engine work, so this part makes whole engine trash, if it were TIMING PULLEY wheel instead of timing wheel it would hold and secure the belt.

You'll love it. It was worth the searching that we did. Our grandson loves it. He had a lot of fun putting it together. Made a great birthday gift for him. He's now looking forward to his next one.
