Runs Small
Ok product, I am an average size man with pretty decent size arms. I am not sure if these sleeves come in larger sizes but I could barely get this sleeve to fit my arm. It fits great on my wife but she's not the one with tennis elbow. The design is good if you can get it to fit on your arm.Update: 7/30/215After using this product for a little over 2 months it is leaking. Again do not have very large arms. I am not going to try to get an replacement because it would most likely be too small and fail again.

Overpriced and underproforms
Warning overpriced and underproforms! I purchased despite the higher price hoping for higher quality. Didn't get. This muse fit only specific people, and if your not one, the unit is worth less. Doesn't apply cold to the elbow, so doesn't work. Also, it doesn't tend to stay cold long, which again is the purpose of a cold pack.I purchased strap on packs for 1/3 the price and they work better and for longer.

I bought this with skepticism because of the price. What a surprise it was! An EXCELLENT product, and when used as directed I can actually notice the healing from day to day. I would and have highly recommended this product to many. On thing that was especially great was the customer service. The company called me twice to chat about how i liked the sleeve, how I was using it and if they could help. you never see service like this anymore. Top rate product and company

Convenient, comfortable, gentle coolness applied exactly where I need it.
I've been using this product for about 2 weeks-I've frozen it and applied it about 20 times. It's very comfortable and gets the coolness where it is needed. Much more convenient that keeping ice bag on my elbow. It's well made and folds smallish-doesn't take much space in the freezer. After my purchase, the company followed up and asked me how it was working. I said just as I had hoped, and I volunteered to write this review.

Would definitely recommend!
I bought this for my husband to help calm his tendonitis from pickleball. It works perfectly, gets cold but not too cold, stays in place on his elbow, seems very sturdy and durable. Well worth the money!
