Says "with sugar and sweeteners" on the ingredients. Sugar is the second most major ingredient. Sweeter than the blue-cap sweetener only. Still, even though the description is wrong, it's the similar and iconic Vimto taste, and all received in good quality, so if you don't mind about your sugar intake, you'll be fine.
