Good Rebounder
Very sturdy Rebounder however One of the springs was not attached when I opened it. It was impossible for me to attach but my son opened it forcibly and tightened it back! That was the only problem and I finished everything else myself with no problem! Well worth the money as heavy duty and easy to use with the bar! Great purchase as we all find it fun!

Love it
I’m a 60 year old woman, just lost my husband so wanted something to help me keep busy. I walk on it every day in front of the tv. So much easier than regular walking. It folds up but you half to remove the hand rail. As for weight to me it’s heavy but manageable I just scoot it. It’s well made and the delivery was on time. When I got it I opened and just stared at it because it looked like a lot of pieces but my 11 year old granddaughter came over and put it together within 20 minutes (and I’m not joking) the only problem we had was the cloth that goes over springs we couldn’t figure it out so we left it off. I would recommend this for sure.

Great (minus one thing)
It is great quality and supports well, but I wish it had one change. If you use the support bar, be careful not to lean into it too much with your weight. It does start to slightly tip in that direction, which is a fall hazard. I think it needs some sort of small weights to attach to the legs/feet on the opposite side of the support bar.

Great sturdy product.
Was delivered on time and product was/is as expected. It was fairly simple to assemble following the instructions. A great value for what I paid.

UPDATE: 2 spring attachments broken after 3 months?!?!
UPDATE: Too good to be true. Here we are, not even 4 months in, with a 65 pound boy the only one using the trampoline, and we've had TWO spring attachments come unthreaded. The trampoline and springs were pre-assembled. Very disappointed in this product, after so many good reviews. Our Little Tikes trampoline lasted 3 years and was half this price. JUNK!Our son is a little CHONK and at 4-years-old has already outweight and worn out his Little Tikes trampoline, so we've been on the hunt for the next step up. Thanks to the other reviews, we chose this one, and we are VERY happy with it. Our son is special needs, so he isn't always the gentle-ist with his toys, trampoline included. But this one is very sturdy and gives great bounce (he's 65 lbs). Plus, with the higher weight capacity, mom can even get on for exercise! It comes mostly assembled, no spring installing, just legs and handle, so a breeze. The ONLY issue I had is that one of the holes didn't perfectly line up on the handle for the spring pin to pop through. But that is with most products anymore, and does not affect the sturdiness or use of the handle in any way - still tight and strong. Great QUALITY product!

Cover did not fit as expected and was damaged in assembly
The cover that goes around the edges is defective. The holes for the legs are on the inside of the cover which has the smallest elastic. My wife and I tried to install per directions but after 10 minutes of frustration finally realized we would have to compromise. We were able to finally get it fitted, but the openings for the hinges are on the wrong side, and we were not able to use the openings for the legs. Time will tell if the cover will even stay on. Tried to contact seller but can't find contact information. Read through reviews and the seller says to contact seller through order. Not sure what that means as the order details have a "ask product question" but not "contact seller". I submitted a question and waiting for a response. Really don't want to have to go through the hassle of returning this.Update: dropped to 2 stars. Sent pictures of the problem to the seller and they are telling us that we just installed it upside down. The top of the cover is glossy the bottom is not. There is no mistaking that we did everything we needed to do. The cover has two elastic bands. The outer band is larger so that it can stretch over the outer edge of the trampoline. The inner band is clearly not big enough to do the same. The holes are located by the inside band and after spending 10 minutes of following instructions, watching videos of other people doing it, it became apparent that our cover did not have the right hole placement. Still waiting on them to respond to a final request for a replacement cover before returning this.2nd update: bumped up to 3 stars. Would do 5 stars if product wasn't damaged trying to follow instructions. We were assured that it was user error and that we needed to turn the cover inside out. Instructions seem a bit confusing but my wife figured out a way to flip it while keeping the glossy side up. Unfortunately 2 of the leg holes would still not fit, but being assured this was the way to do and seeing no other option we persisted in pulling the cover to try to get it fit. Those 2 holes ended up tearing, but now the leg holes fit; not sure how to feel about that. In addition to this, out of the 4 hinge holes, the fabric on 3 of them came apart as well (added pictures to show this - 3rd picture in line up shows how it was when installed incorrectly, 5th picture shows the elastic band completely exposed). I appreciate the seller actively trying to resolve the issue and their prompt response. From watching videos of others putting this on, none showed the struggle we encountered and none showed the fabric ripping or coming apart to get things to fit. As long as the fabric doesn't continue to tear, the legs should keep it from shifting off the trampoline but sucks to have a new product damaged so easily while following instructions. We were told this has never happened before so for those reading this, perhaps it's all our fault, but when the leg holes still didn't line up when we were putting it on the correct way I feel that something still doesn't add up. I'm sure we can still be blamed for this, but I still feel the cover was defective. As far as the trampoline, it does work as intended, but the handle jiggles even when we tighten things up as much as possible.
