I prefer to use my Sawzall or Hackzall for this
Using the hammer drill in the field to set drive cleats is difficult due to the weight and size of this tool, my shoulders and arms get hurt more than when using the regular hammer, and for removing drive cleats it has never worked for me. The hammer drill is not common in our sheet metal worker daily use tools! I will try the Gale System which has a system that also includes a universal adapter for sawzalls and hackzalls of all kinds and has the same functionality as this adapter, and I will use this Midwest adapter as a last resort. Thanks for trying anyway. I still love my midwest snips!

Duct tool
Awesome tool. Been using a home made model for many years. These are great for installing drives and also for removing them. Thanks for finally making one. Every Sheet Metal worker should have one in their tool bag.

Don’t last long
This is a great tool but... it don’t hold up. The rivets break after a few days of use. It should be a solid piece.
