Ok, some grounding info: I got this for my wife who has Fibro and often has to work from bed. She uses a laptop and one of those folding bamboo bed-desks and it works well. Yes, this is full of scraps of whatever, no it doesn't matter. She needed something with back support and after reading the reviews of like products this seemed to be the best choice. I bought it, again based on reviews, fully expecting to need to buy some cotton batting to stuff it — glad to say that was not at all needed. This thing, once it's had an hour or so to fully decompress, is pretty darn sturdy. It doesn't sink in like a pillow or seat cushion. It's not uncomfortably firm, but it's firm. Some reviews mention the filling. So, let's talk about that. It is full of "memory foam" so the marking is correct... but it's not what you expect. It's chunks. It seems like maybe they used the left overs from cutting out mattress toppers or whatever. If you open it up and pull out the stuffing, yeah, it's kind of a bag of mess. That said, it's a pillow not a grocery bag so why open it? If it were stuffed with balled up newspapers or something I'd be pretty annoyed but these foam chunks are firm, but still cushioning enough that it's comfortable, and they don't produce weird lumps in the back or arms of the pillow. Honestly, they should probably add "100% reused/rescued filler" or whatever and make it a selling point. It's fine ad if not having shape-specific memory foam is a deal breaker for you... I guess enjoy spending 4 or 5x as much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It has a few little pockets. The one on the back is entirely useless as this will spend most of its time up against the headboard/wall/whatever. The two on each side are handy. You'll play hell getting a can of coke to fit but remotes, kindle, phone, iPad, etc., all fit well enough. The sewn-on head pillow is fairly stiff, but it's in the right place so cheers. The bonus tube-pillow is... kinda just a spare thing. It's nice enough and has seen some small amount of use but it's clearly an afterthought. It's also stuffed with chunks of whatever. The only real complaint is that the pillow is kinda heavy for the handle. If you pick it up only by the top handle you're gonna bust the stitches. That's just how it is. If you pick it up carefully and toss it over a shoulder or something, you can carry it with one hand using the handle, just make sure most of the weight is supported by your other hand, shoulder, whatever. All in all, it's great. If you're needing a pillow for support on the couch or in bed, this is a great product for the price. Time will tell how it lasts, but it's been a few months now (was Xmas gift) and it still feels new.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this. When it arrives it is vacuum sealed and when you pull it out of the box it's very flat and lumpy. Mine was delivered on a winter day which made it a little more hard as the directions say temperature directly affects it. The directions say to allow 24 to 48 hours and also to shake up the foam inside. After allowing it to get to room temperature that broke up the lumps inside of it and then within 24 hours and shaking the foam pieces around it fluffed right up. As long as you follow the directions you will not be disappointed. I recently was in a motor vehicle accident and injured my back and this has made a huge difference. I absolutely love it and the fact that it comes with a little pillow for your legs is just a bonus. I got the cream color for only $37 some of the other colors were more expensive. Material is so smooth and cozy. The fact that you can wash the cover is also a bonus and you can even take some of the foam pieces out if you chose to if you for example didn't want it so firm. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought the large version because I wanted the entra pillows. I am having hysterectomy surgery and will need to be on bed rest for serveral weeks. I removed the covers and washed them in cold and let them air dry. Meanwhile, that allowed the foam to air out and expand. It only took about an hour for all of the foam to puff up. The only negative thing about this are the covers. The seams are weak and the fabric is thin/cheap. I gently put the covers back on the pillows after I washed and air dried them, but some of the seams still ripped. Otherwise, it is a good pillow that will help me sit up in bed and also get out of the bed after my surgery.

I expected to like this, but it very much exceeded my expectations. I lean it up against my hardwood headboard and it provides amazing support. I can change the angle of a based on how low it on the bed I place it from the headboard. From sitting completely straight to an elevated laying down position. It's perfect place for me to sit and read a book. It ehas little pockets on the side to put my books tablets phone. It has a little built-in phone or cup holder with the whole for this phone charger. It's great the only thing that I would change about it is the knee support pillow. It's comfortable enough, but I wouldn't mind it being a little bit bigger. It does take about a day and a half to reach its full size oh, and it has a strange Aroma, which I guess is the foam off-gassing. I did put the cover to wash after was fully expanded which is something I would have done either ways for cleanliness. Besides that, it is pretty damn perfect. I highly recommend this for anyone that has a book or laptop in bed.

I spent weeks looking at different designs and was so glad I settled on this one! I was afraid that it would be too big for my needs but it worked out well and it is clearly well made. I love the included foot cushion and that the head pillow is easily detachable to move where you need extra support. I didn't remove any stuffing because the firmness level was perfect for me but I like that it's an option. The surprisingly best feature is the handle on top to move it around easily. The pockets are nice too but I don't use them, the slit in the center of the pocket at the end of the arm means that it can't hold smaller items. Will update with pictures later.

I really didn't know what to expect. I shopped and shopped for the best pillow. The reviews seemed all over the place. But I went with this one. And I'm so glad I did. First - I'll address everyone complaining about the smell. It does not smell all that bad. Yeah it smells "new". But if you do exactly as they say, leave it out to plump up and air out, the smell is gone in less than a day. Second - yes it comes completely flat. But again, let it set out to UNflatten for a day or two and it gets HUGE! I did kind of work it with my hands here and there, but not much. Yes, it comes quite full. Stuffed to the brim. But I'm a bigger person, both in height and weight. And it is SO SUPPORTIVE. It's firm, but I don't want it caving in. It supports me in so many different positions. Sitting up completely, slouching down. It's really perfect. I can't recommend this enough! Just so you know I'm a real review, I will list the only flaw I found. I got the pillow with the additional neck rest on top. I don't love it. It's a little flimsy. It's not adjustable. So it's not great. But I love everything else so much, I can't flaw it for this one tiny thing. Because I'm sure some people love it. This is totally worth the price! Go ahead and splurge, you won't be disappointed!

I needed four of these to use on bunk beds for my granddaughters. I was reluctant to spend this much money on something I had not seen in person. They arrived and were the perfect color. They are also heavy and very well-made. But they were packaged with a heavy duty shrink-wrap type product and they literally looked like unidentifiable "lumps" when I opened them. I regret I didn't take pictures then. They gradually came to life but I had to do a LOT of shaping to make them actually look anything like the picture. It has been nine months since I unpackaged them and the wrinkles have still not all come out, as you can see on this arm. It is disappointing that a company would make such a high-quality product and then ruin it with the packaging they chose. If I had a do-over, I would not buy these at this price.

My son weighs ~80lbs and loves it. I weigh a lot more haha and I reallly love it. Feels so nice and soft and FULL. I was really worried it would be fluffy but not dense enough. It’s very dense, but so comfortable. Highly recommend. If I watched tv or worked from my bed a lot, I would totally get one.

Bought for my teenage daughter, who spends a lot of time lounging on her bed reading. She absolutely LOVES it. And it now makes its way into the living room for watching movies. Very comfortable. Large enough for an adult to comfortably use. Easy zip off cover for washing, etc.

Solo decirles que la primera semana que lo usé me quedé dormido leyendo todos los días!! Es muy cómodo. En menos de 24 horas ya había tomado forma. Trae dos cojines adicionales: uno como respaldo extra o para la cabeza y otro para las piernas. El precio me pareció un poco alto, pero vale la pena. Es de esos artículos con los que conviene contar si lees por la noche, antes de dormir. También estés genial para siestas en donde no quieres quedarte dormido tanto tiempo o completamente acostado. Muy recomendable.

Chegou no prazo, produto conforme anunciado. Porém será necessário um pouco mais de espuma, a espuma que veio não foi suficiente ou não expandiu o suficiente, os braços não ficarm firmes. E o enconsto de cabeça também.
