Vitamin D gummies are easy to chew and taste similar to some sweet gummy bears. My only issue is that the packaging says that they are 5000 IU per serving. They are actually 2,500 per gummy. You need to chomp on two for 5,000 IU (or one serving).

Buy these if you want to be motivated to take your vitamin D. They taste good and I feel a difference when I take them. I'm not a physician so check with them first. I am always low when I have my blood tested so this helps.
