Wow, Wow does this stuff work
Have 3 antique walnut chests that I refinished. Drawers were sticking a bit - sanded a little, rubbed with candle was and still sticking so coated inside of drawers with paste wax. Still sticking a little. Read about Slideez and ordered a bottle. Oh my, wow, drawers sliding with ease. Says nontoxic so must be plant based but I have no idea what this is made of. I am sensitive to odors but the lovely slight scent in the producted doesn't bother me. Just ordered another bottle to keep on hand. Definitely recommend

A good product
We make cabinets and draws in a commercial wood-shop: this is what we use.

great lubricant for drawers BUT awful smell
The lubricant helped a sticking wooden desk drawer open more easily - BUT it had a persistent sickly sweet fake vanilla candle smell. It makes me wonder if this is made from melted down vanilla-scented candles regifted from your in-laws. So either I got a bad lot of the material or most people don't find the smell objectionable, based on the overall reviews of the product. If it had not had this odor, I'd give it a high rating. I returned this for a refund.

Makes drawers work like they are supposed to
If you have drawers that ride on wood rails (or for that matter any wooden drawer not on drawer slides), quit reading and just buy this product. Wood shrinks and swells with the seasons, old drawers get finicky, and new drawers well lets just say they are not made like they use to. All those drawers can benefit from this product.I used to have a similar product that i used religiously on everything from solid wood antiques to new stuff that that was delivered flat and you built yourself. Products like sliders just makes them all work better. Gone is the squeaks, catches and alignment issues that plague wood on wood connections. We have a huge armoire made of solid cherry. It is absolutely one of my favorite pieces we own. Despite being made lovingly the old fashion way, the lower drawers which are some 42” wide sometimes get difficult because one side moves faster than the other. It results in sort of having to hold your tongue right to get the drawer perfectly in or out. Applying slideez to both drawer bottom and rails, creates a friction free track that rarely allows the drawers to get out of alignment. Likewise, on the cheep stuff this product will add value and not make you wish for “real” furniture every time you use the drawer. It’s a need that people don’t talk about, similar to using cabinet bumpers to keep pictures from hanging straight or white vinegar to take the smell out of kids sweaty sports uniforms. Once you use it, you will use it regularly. By the way, it is essentially odorless, easy to wipe off your hands, and doesn’t cause harm to the furniture. In fact, if you have ever had a track splinter because of friction, you will recognize how this product can save much time and energy.

Exceeded my expectations - wood to wood, metal to metal, metal to plastic, great results for all..
Update, 02/03/2019:With one exception, everything I used this on over a year ago is till performing well. The exception is a sliding/rolling window above a kitchen sink. It still rolls better than before I used this. It could be that I didn't apply it well enough. Very happy with this product.First time I've used a wax-type lubricant for wood to wood drawer glides, metal to metal, metal to plastic window guides and wheels. The results exceeded my expectations. So much so that after applying to an often used wood to wood drawer and used to a certain amount of resistance, I almost flung the drawer across the room. The results are a little less impressive with large and heavy wood to wood drawers but still results in less friction and better 'glide'. When used on a heavy hardwood drawer measuring about 3 1/2 ft wide x 1 ft tall and ~20 inches deep , this helped but not to the degree it did with smaller drawers. For large and heavy wood to wood drawers, ptfe tape *may* be a better and longer lasting solution.Wood to wood drawers now glide smoothly and with less friction. Metal to metal and plastic to metal windows now smoothly and quietly roll across their tracks. It also worked well for lubricating ball bearing metal drawer guides and even a glass to metal ceiling fan light fixture globe that was difficult to remove. For wood to wood and if there's a build up of dust on the surfaces the drawer glides on, best to thoroughly clean the contact areas before applying. I wound up using dry microfiber cloths for the most part. For metal to metal/plastic, same thing. Brush and vacuum out debris from the window tracks, follow up with a thorough cleaning with anything that doesn't leave a film, apply Slideez. A pressurized contact cleaner worked well for this with an extension tube and made reaching into difficult to access areas easy.Very impressed with this product. The only unknown how long this will last between applications. A longer lasting solution for wood to wood drawer glides would probably be polyethylene film tape. If Slideez proves to be a short duration treatment (less than a year?), I'll probably switch to the polyethylene tape for wood to wood applications. In the mean time and especially for small to medium sized wood to wood drawer glides, this product has proven to be high performing.

Great lubricant for wooden drawers.
This product is amazing, makes furniture drawers glide so smoothly. Used on my expanding, over 100 year old harvest table and the table opens and closes effortlessly.

Works great, easy to apply
I bought this to lubricate the sliders on my dresser drawers. It was easy to apply, and worked great, got the drawers sliding like new.As a bonus, I also used it to lubricate the plastic tongue of a pair of Adidas shoes. Some shoes squeak really loudly, and these shoes were loud enough that I was embarrassed to wear them. I'd tried other internet solutions like sanding the tongue or lubricating it with hand cream, but nothing seemed to help. This solved it completely though. I applied it twice in the first week I had the shoes, and they've been silent for months.
