It's alright. It comes with quite a few things and it definitely removes some stuff but not everything, not on me nor my partner.

Excellent product but the larger tool scrapes away my skin especially around nose..might try filing the edges to smoothen it a little.

Arrived next day in excellent condition.
Works perfectly to suck out black heads. Charges from USB port with supplied wire. The included instruction leaflet is easy to read yet strangely difficult to understand. Learn by using is probably the best way.
