I’ve been having wicked bad shoulder pain from sleeping on my side and being fat. Intense, shooting pain. And sleeping in a different position is difficult due to my size.I wake up 100x per night and move my arm slightly to take off some of the pressure.Every morning I lay there and mutter for 10 minutes about the excruciating pain before I actually push myself up with said arm/shoulder and …well ouch.Yesterday morning I thought to myself:“Self, if only there was a way to support part of your weight and shift your center of balance from your rotator cuff to more evenly distribute it over the length of your body.”This cushion is pretty much exactly what I envisioned.As soon as I laid down I was like, omg!! This is the thing! It’s happening. 🤞But I did fear it would squish during the night and I’d still wake up miserable.Nah. It’s incredible. I feel wonderful. I’m shocked it only has 4.1 ⭐️. The firmness is just right.

I have been suffering from severe lower back pain for weeks . I am a side (fetal position) sleeper and sometime back sleeper so I tried putting a pillow between my legs when I was on my side. It did provide some relief and then it did not. I cannot turn properly without causing pain. In fact, shifting side to side during the night wakes me up and I have to literally sit up carefully so as not to cause myself pain as I make the shift. So, when I came across this lumbar pillow I was enthused so I got it. When it arrived I used it the very same night it molded to my body. I placed it under my back so that I could be on my back or rotate onto my side (as pictured in the product description). It was comfortable. The pillow did feel a little firm when I unwrapped it but it turned out just right for support when on my back or on my side.

I have a very worn-out bed and can't quite afford a replacement. There's a hole where I sleep, and some nights, I'd fall in and wake up with a grueling backache. Sleeping on a regular pillow just doesn't cut it.So, I looked into lumbar pillows and picked this one up. It was relatively affordable, and had great dimensions for sleeping on. Any thicker, it probably wouldn't have been comfortable to sleep on. As it is, I barely even feel when this pillow is under me... but I definitely feel the difference! It's stable and carries my back quite nicely. Not only do I no longer wake up in a hole, but I've been waking up noticeably more refreshed.Now, you do get what you pay for with this pillow. It's not so firm as to offer great support, not so soft as to be uniquely comfortable. I haven't really noticed any long-term improvement to my physical wellbeing or restfulness either. All in all, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR PEOPLE WHO SERIOUSLY NEED A LUMBAR PILLOW! You may consider going premium on a flatter one if you just need a good sleep, thicker if you need it through the day.Otherwise, I highly recommend this to the average consumer for more stable and comfortable sleep... especially if you're a fellow side-sleeper. We'll see how it holds up long-term, but it should come in handy when I eventually have to change out beds.

Super soft material and good quality but if you are small person this is not the best fit. It’s way too large to comfortably sleep with both on my back or under my legs and difficult to move around once laid flat. I was able to use it as lumbar support while sitting on the couch and that felt much better but ultimately not a cute look to keep out permanently. Returned it since it was far more inconvenient then it was worth and too uncomfortable to use daily. I got the half cylinder one from the same brand to use under my legs when sleeping on my back and that is much better.

It was comfortable right away but the true test was how I fared throughout the night. I briefly awoke in the middle of the night and when I did, I realized I was on my back...and I was pain-free. I went back to sleep and awoke on my side, still pain-free. Shifting side to side during the night not wake me up at all. The pillow did feel a little firm when I unwrapped it but it turned out just right for support when on my back or on my side and I can shift painlessly throughout the night. Hopefully tonight will be as comfortable. The price was good and it is completely returnable so why not give it a try? You have nothing to lose except the pain!

I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this pillow especially given the cost and the advertisement of this product. It is just a “slightly stiff piece of foam” designed to look as though support is built into it BUT it is not! in my opinion. It is little more than a cushion. The advertisement suggested to me that the elevated ridge of the pillow would offer support that could be “felt” by the body part as though it is being supported. I have done better with a pillow. I paid $45.00 plus tax for this pillow. I was told I could return it. But Because I really wanted to give it a fair chance, I decided to sleep on it. I was dissatisfied within a few mins. Since I laid my body on it, I am not returning it also, I just could not handle the hassle of having to repackage and return it. For me it is a total waste of money and time. Chandler
