Works Just as Well as the Name Brand
I get headaches pretty regularly, and this works just as well as the more expensive name brand version. It kicks in quickly and helps take the edge off so I can keep going with my day. The price is a big plus, especially for the amount you get. Definitely a good value and something I’ll keep on hand.

I would love to gatekeep but won’t.
Honestly as someone who suffered from migraines at the age of 12 and been prescribed or bought other over the counter brands ; this one is the best! I never had a migraine go away so fast even a light hangover haha! (I know it’s not for that but it worked. 🤣) Anyways I’ll update if anything changes.

Reasonably Priced Equivalent To Name Brand OTC Migraine Meds
The title says it all: these are reasonably priced and equivalent to name brand OTC migraine meds. While I do have prescription migraine medicine, it's not the preventative kind. Mostly because my triggers are supposed to be manageable. Except for when they aren't. So, I rely on these guys to take care of me as soon as I feel the telltale symptoms starting, and take the prescription med as a last-stand since it means I'll be down for a while. These also work great for colds, flu, sinus pain and pressure, and butt kicking seasonal allergies. Half a Benadryl (or Amazon's generic diphenhydramine) with two of these and I can function without falling asleep. Get more for your money and stock up because migraines and sinus pain are no joke.

Close to expiration
These are the exact same chemical make up as the name brand Excedrin and so far have worked with the same effectiveness. I’m docking a star because the bottle I received was quite close to the expiration date (I would have to take a full dose every single day until they expired to come close to using them all, which is a great way to mess up your liver), so be sure to check the date when you receive them and reach out to Amazon if it’s really close.

Great understandable company
First time purchased arrived perfect and fast. Second time Cardiologist told us No longer safe for my husband and this company understood and gave us a refund with no questions.

Highly Recommend for Fellow Migraine Sufferers
Amazon Basics Migraine Relief is incredibly effective—just like Excedrin Migraine, but at a fraction of the cost. I’ve used it during onset of migraine episodes and found the relief to be fast and reliable. If you’re a migraine sufferer like me, this is absolutely worth keeping on hand. Budget-friendly and dependable.

Works as well as name brand
Works same as Excedrin in same strength for lower price. I bought it in August 2025 for $8- something but I just looked again and exact same strength and number of pills is now almost double!! I wonder why? Still it’s less than name brand but yikes! Quite a hike in price!
