Decal G20FGR Rubber Texture Pistol Grip for Glock 3rd Generation Models 20/21 (Not for Short Frame), Black

I love these grips. The quality seems great! Installation was super easy and very quick, be sure to take your time and clean your grips with alcohol on a cotton ball or something. Total time, took me about 15 mins. I did not have any of the issues others have had as far as removing the back stickers. The grip seems to be firmly stuck to the gun. I have not taken this to the gun range as of yet but there is no doubt that it would work flawlessly. I have large hands so the Glock 23 can be a little difficult to shoot as it is, these grips feel great in my hands.Now I'm not calling other guys (or gals) on the reviews wussies, but many people complained that the rough texture of the rubber can causes skin irritation or rubbing raw if the gun is carried concealed inside the waist (I mean the thing is 13 bucks! You can't beat that or complain!!!). My job requires me to carry concealed everyday. I carry with an inside the waist holster, and yes, it is a little bit rough, but I have yet to have any irritation or redness (and I'm a big guy!). People expect to carry a gun and it to be like riding in a Cadillac or something. Carrying a gun for 8-10 hours a day is very uncomfortable, but that's the price you pay to protect yourself and your loved ones. Suck it up guys! This grip set is awesome. I am already planning on buying for other pistols! Great product.

There should just be 2 large grip decals that cover the area of the grip shown in the pictures. As it is, the area shown covered in the picture is actually 3 pieces, per side. I get why they do it this way, but in a perfect word I would have preferred an option to just have 2 large, pre-cut sections. This is just me complaining, really.The kit comes with a bunch of pre-cut tabs and strips that you can stick all over your gun if you like. I personally have never had a need for a rubberized grip on the front of the slide but, you might and it's in the kit. The most useful pieces to me are the large grip decal panel and the oval pieces that sit in the thumb recess above the mag release. I usually shoot with gloves and it gives me a more positive grip however, it really helps the most when shooting without gloves if your palms get sweaty.The material is easy on the hands, unlike traction tape or "gritty" sand paper style grips, and doesn't catch on my holster or clothing. I'm interested to see how long it lasts but overall I am very happy with it. Plus, the black just looks cool on my tan framed xD45 :-)

This feel really good and the price is good. But to be honest, I bought some rubberized grip tape to completely wrap the grip of the gun (on my glock 30). I just like that 360 degree rubber feel. I just used a Hogue rubber sleeve on my Glock 21 and it works great. But the Glock 30 sleeves are different: they don't cover the whole grip, they can slip and interfere with magazine release, and you just don't have as much grip on the 30 so you want to utilize all of it. These gave me a very good foundation (they are slightly thicker and courser than rubberized grip tape). Then when I filled in the gaps with some grip tape, the grip on my Glock 30 was perfect. I think using 100% grip tape would have worked, but not as well (as mentioned these are a little thicker and courser/gripper than tape).....and it would have been a lot more work.In short these are well worth the money, and definitely improve the grip for a compact Glock. They work great alone...or you can spend another $5 (and some time and effort) and add a little grip tape in a spot or two to make them perfect.

This product was a perfect fit on my XD.45 tactical. It does provide a better grip than polymer factory grip. The gun has a large grip to start with because it uses a double stack mag but the decal grips do not stay on if they get near solvents. After carefully cleaning the grip area and installing the decal grips, they just fell off as soon as I started cleaning after the first range trip. I ordered a new wrap grip from Talon Gun grips and I am very happy with the Talon grip. Now I am ordering Talon grips for all my guns. I would NOT recommend this decal grip to a friend.

The pieces fit my Kahr P40 perfectly and adhered well. I like the rough, cobble texture of the rubber and it should provide a more secure grip surface in varying conditions than the plain polymer, when wet with water, or if in an unfortunate situation, blood. I don't know, however, if it might become uncomfortable to the hand, if you shoot a lot of rounds, which I don't, so not an issue for me. My concern is whether or not its adhesive will remain stable over the long haul, seems pretty good initially....as with all things, time will tell, I guess.UPDATE: Approximately 3 years after purchase, the adhesive is still very secure and the grip face is good.

i wish I could give tis product negative stars. I bought this grip for a restoration produce on a pistol that had been well used. I blended the original grips rub them down with alcohol and went to apply the grip like you would any grip but the grips did not stick. I have applied dozens of these type grips from talon over the years with zero trouble and I tried these ones because I didi not find a talon version. I guess I learned my lesson stick to what you know works,

I was so excited to receive these and use them. As described, they attach very easily, feel very solid and have a great look. Unfortunately, I carry my XD9-sc in a hybrid IWB holster and the left side grip tape feels like sandpaper on my back with every step. It also keeps the weapon from having an easy draw from the holster due to the tape under the trigger guard. So, I removed the trigger guard tape, and the two rear pieces of tape from the left side of the frame. The feel is still great but not symmetrical.And again as stated, when pieces are removed, they leave NO residue whatsoever ! Great product and would give a 5 star review except it is not a friendly addition for people who carry everyday in a IWB holster. Would defiantly suggest to anybody that wants better grip on the sometimes slippery grip (due to sweaty palms at the range) on the XD series guns.
