Is this to be stored in the fridge or in the cabinet at room temperature after it’s opened?

I stored mine in the cabinet at room temperature and it was as good as new.

I don't know all I can truly say being born in Guyana and have family who makes Casareep, this stuff in that bottle isn't real casareep. I regretted ever buying it. The Brron Cassavareep is the real deal.

Why is it very sticky ? Animal fat ?
