Bought this to replace my standard factory unit in my 2006 VW and it was like joining the 21st century!The unit fits very snugly and the quality of the graphics and screen are superb.It has many many features like Apple CarPlay , DAB, Spotify, USB, analogue FM radio, Android auto, Bluetooth and built in Garmin Sat Nav. (More expensive models from Kenwood have a tyre pressure widget too!)It also has a mini SD slot!The unit is very intuitive and easy to use. The owners manual is also clear, easy to read and easy to understand.The unit has excellent sound quality and this is when mated to the standard factory speakers.The sound is sharp and well defined.You can also tailor the sound using the EQ settings as well as using other functions from the audio menu such asbass boost, loudness, space enhancer, realizer and drive equalizer+ to optimise the sound quality to meet the car's current speed by GPS!You can connect it to the optional dashboard camera as well as front and rear view cameras.If you car has steering wheel controls then there is an optional steering remote harness for that as well.The unit has 3 RCA preouts on the rear if you want to add speakers and subwoofers so future upgrading is all there if you have the budget and desire.The sound quality is far better than my more expensive (but older) Pioneer AVIC-F980DAB in my other car.As you can probably tell I think this unit is brilliant and is excellent value for money.2 items that are not included are the DAB aerial and the remote control (which is useful if passengers or your kids want to change tracks or the volume).
