Works perfectly fine and for being used and I’ve used it for about a year now

I received the product in very good condition! I had a small issue with the boom arm but the seller was super nice about it and helped me resolve it quickly! The microphone sounds great and I'm very happy with it. I definitely recommend getting this bundle over any other standalone mic for the same price.

This is a good quality product for the price. A few notes: Yes, the boom arm is a little tricky but it is really nice when you set it up properly. Ignore the instructions with the package and watch a YT video to see how to fully set it up. As others mentioned, it will automatically POP out of the box when opened, so grab both sides when removing it from the box so you don't whack yourself. Only reason for not full 5 stars is that the cable that came with the microphone was a little faulty and at first it wouldn't stay connected. It seems to have resolved that issue now and is fine, but I bought a seperate MINI usb to USB-A just to test that it wasnt the microphone having issues. It is a MINI USB not a micro-usb connector.

Since I do a lot of Zoom/Teams meetings, I decided to improve my setup. I got a 4K webcam but the microphone sounded weak and thin. I wanted to get a Blue Yeti, as I had experience with these mics, and they sound great. I found this refurbished setup and figured I would give it a shot. I was very pleased with the quality of construction, the condition, and the packaging. It's virtually like new. The boom arm is very sturdy and has good adjustment capabilities. The isolation device is pretty big but does a great job. The mic is what you would expect it to be, and with the Logi G Hub software, you can really dial in the sound to how you like it. Between the new webcam and this mic setup, I now have a great looking and sounding presence for both 1:1 and team meetings.

Look, I work as an RMA Admin at a tech company, so I get how this works. But this gear is garbage - literally. I don't mean the intended product, I love Blue Yeti gear. But this? This is D-Stock gear. Literally. The first one I ordered still had the Best Buy RMA# in the box! They take what's 'usable', throw out what's not, and piece together something that's 'functional' Which is fine, if you are buying it off of Ebay or from a friend, or a thrift store. But the page literally says 'Excellent Condition' - This equipment is quite literally just Best Buy gear that was too damaged to sell in store, so it got offloaded here. If you are cool with that, then sure - buy it. It's half off of MSRP. But my first shipment arrived with parts missing and the mic banged up to absolute hell, and the second 'replacement' I received is ALSO banged up to hell with the threads on the shock mount stripped to hell. I wish they'd let me just keep the parts from the first one and simply just take what I needed, because this one is no better than the first one I received, just in different ways. Just buy a new one or a used one - don't buy 'Renewed', I promise you with all my heart it isn't.

TO BE CLEAR: there is nothing wrong with the microphone or the renewing company. The mic itself is excellent. My issue is with the inability to easily source replacement parts that should be simple to find. My kit was beaten to absolute hell and back by FedEx. The box was busted open, and two very minor parts were missing. The stand base, and the thumb screw that you use to attach the microphone to the shock mount. I have a spare thumb screw from another Yeti I previously owned, and I have a stand base I can use until I can get a 3/8" adapter for my actual desk stand (the shock mount has a 3/8" adapter that's permanently attached for some insane reason. No amount of WD-40 is going to remove it anyway). But when I decided to look around online for replacement parts because a silver screw and a black stand coming out of a white desk mount clamp just looks bad aesthetically, I could find nothing whatsoever. I spent a good hour trying the official websites, Amazon, and even resorted to checking eBay with no luck. So my advice is, do not buy a Blue Yeti microphone if you think you might EVER need to replace anything except the USB cable.

I am currently using a newer Yeti mic and needed an arm so when I saw this bundle I was amazed that for the price I could get a shock mount with the arm and a second mic alongside it. The entire setup was simple, though I need a second washer for the shock mount since my mic has shorter threads than the included one, and it looks great. I has some minor marring on the knobs that I mentioned to the seller and they helped me resolve the issue with a partial refund. I plan to sand and repaint the knobs and get a washer for my mic, but for the price being $20 less than the arm alone and getting all the bells and whistles it's hard to argue with what you get.

Fast delivery. Well packed. The rod is big and stable. The volume has several levels. The quality of the microphone is very good.

I am doing regular podcasts and have multiple video chats daily. I use this microphone all-day, every day and it is exactly what I was hoping for. I have had multiple people tell me how crisp and clear the voice is when using this microphone. Highly recommended!

I am so happy with this purchase; it was totally worth the price (and the pain to set it up) The microphone itself works great, the audio is fantastic considering the price. Setting up the arm was a total pain, I thought for a moment that it was broken and that I was going to need to return it. I had to tighten the arm so hard that I was afraid I was going to break it - but apparently this is a known quirk of this product. It took me about an hour of fighting with it to get the arm to work correctly. Tips when setting up: Make sure the mic is connected when adjusting the middle knob - otherwise the arm will spring back up as it needs the weight of the mic to stay in place. Also, there is a hidden screw at the base that needs to be adjusted as well that is not mentioned in the instructions. You might also need a second person to help if you are not very strong as it felt like I was trying to calibrate strength training fitness equipment.
