Do these work better than say.. xpand laces in boxing gloves?

Absolutely. Lace N Loop Straps allow you to securely tighten your gloves to maximize the benefits of lace-up gloves without needing any assistance from others. Elastic laces, because of the stretchy material, may leave your gloves loose, which compromises the security and protection you get from using lace-up gloves.

Can they work on velcro? the velcro on my globes won't stick anymore

It’s possible but they won’t be as tight. They work by feeding the laces through an “eye”, tying them off, the. Wrapping the laces around your gloves until the lace and loop hooks in to it’s loops.

Do these work for Rival boxing gloves?

The Lace N Loop Straps work with any traditional boxing gloves that have laces.
