I clean for a living, and I wear this belt while I work and it feels very comfortable. When I get home after 4 hours of work I take it off and I feel good like I made a difference in my waistline, only time will tell:)

This thing is only 6 inches wide. I can't see how that covers enough area to actually make a dent on my waist. Plus it is not as large as I would like. It barely fit around me and when I put it on it bunched up. Totally useless save your money.

i should have posted this review sooner. but, i'm horribly busy and have a strange schedule. this was not even close to being tight enough for my normal sized (american) frame. i can't imagine how loose it would be on me if i was at my lowest weight. completely and utterly useless, honestly.

This Belt is the best, it sure does what it says. I wear it so much until it started to tear. I am ready to buy another one.I am giving this belt a 5 star and up.

this actually works! A bit skeptical But I am getting results with very little effort. My clothes are fitting a bit larger, no longer snug at the waist

Makes ny tummy sweat but doesn't expect results. I'm into hardcore working out and wanted more chisel on my tummy and all I ever did was soak my cloths with the band. Didn't look any different

I haven't been able to even wear it. After washing it twice, it still stinks so bad I can't stand to even put it on.
