Vitacost Magnesium Citrate - 400 mg per Serving - 120 Tablets

I'm so glad I just took a chance to see if I could buy magnesium citrate in a pill form, after taking it for several months(the liquid) due to surgery, I would get so nauseous when swallowing it. The pills have been a real blessing and ease on my stomach.. they do exactly as it says and I will continue to purchase.

Ok, I am always very skeptical about supplements. I've never taken anything that has made me feel any different till I took this product. I saw videos on you-tube talking about the benefits of magnesium so I looked it up on consumerlabs for their top pick which is this one. So I ordered it. I took it before bed and it made me relax and fall asleep faster than normal. It's not like a sleeping pill, it doesn't make you wake up tired or that weird feeling you get after taking Nyquil lol. I feel really good in the morning. I cant believe it. This stuff really works. You feel really relaxed and calm when you wake up. Just ordered some for my Mom. I am curious if she will get the same results.

Do not buy these if you are an older person or have any trouble swallowing tablets. These tablets are so large, I got one stuck in my throat, even after cutting it in half! They are not returnable. I'm going to have to buy something in capsule form. Very disappointed in Vitacost product!

I take Magnesium daily. I like that this bottle lasts longer as it has 120 tablets. the Product has worked as intended. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I find the tablets themselves to be a bit on the bigger side and makes it harder to swallow.

It took about 2 weeks.I had been experiencing severe leg cramps almost every night when I started taking these. I take 1 pill (half the recommended dose) every evening. The first night I still had cramps but they were noticeably less severe. Over the course of 2 weeks the cramps became less frequent and less painful.It’s been about 2 weeks since I started the 1 pill/night practice. Currently, my leg cramps are completely gone.

Found very hard to swallow even when broken in half. Dr said to try capsules and was right. Capsules are LARGER but I have no trouble swallowing them. Take for muscle cramps and it is fairly effective
