how to change batteries

I have a st 9400c , t3r it will work together? or you can recommend it something for me?

The ST9400C Programmer will work with any of the following wireless thermostats: Y87RF Single Zone, HCW80, DT92E. Is there a mobile app that yiu can use to control the T3R?

No. There is not a Mobile app. There is a receiver unit on a stand which we keep in the front room

is the blue backlight permantly on or only when buttons are pressed
