Just the right amount of pain relief when I need it. But most important. It puts me to sleep. Not groggy at all the next morning. I'm very lucky if I get 7 hours of sleep a night. Which seems to equal 6+ hours of good sleep with no drowsiness the next morning. Great price too. A lot of pills for very little $$
