How long are the sleeves?

I have long arms and the sleeves fit perfectly. They have a knit cuff that is snug so you could always push them up if you have shorter arms.

How think/warm is this jacket? I got a Cherokee scrub jacket with snaps for school and it's super thin and I'm always cold.

Are usually wear another scrub short sleeve shirt underneath the coat. So he keeps me warm when I need it and I can take it off if I get too hot. I think it's just wonderful
