When you open the package, there’s a lovely raspberry aroma. It’s not easy to find Raspberry Cream Sandwich Cookies in the USA, so this would be a nice addition to a Gift Basket for raspberry lovers. You get three packages, so although they’re not inexpensive, at least there are three packages, so you could put them in three gift baskets along with some other British teas, Custard Creams and other delicacies from the UK. A fun treat for people who love British cookies.

The biscuits are authentic. Not too sweet but great with tea. There were a few with broken edges, but with a cuppa, you can't go wrong for the price.

size of cookies was rather small. other than that a very good product.

Was hoping these would actually taste like fruit. Instead, just sugar and chemical taste

Not exactly what I was looking for. When my husband used to travel to the UK frequently he used to bring me back these ones from mark and spencer that were a custard cream with raspberry jam also. That is what I was hoping for with these. What I got instead was raspberry flavored cream and honestly it didn’t seem natural. It had a rather sharp we artificial taste like citric acid. I ended up giving them to my husband and the dog found them instead. She seemed to enjoy them. I honestly don’t even know if m&s still makes the ones I’m referring to. One day I will make it back to the UK to find out. In the mean time custard creams imported will have to do. There is nothing in the states the same. Ours are some imitation vanilla that is overly white and tastes like Oreo filling (lard and sugar or more likely crisco and sugar). It just has no flavor compared to a real custard cream.

If you love crème filled goodies then these are perfect, these little tasty biscuits are perfect to satisfy the craving for something sweet.
