My dad's not a smartphone guy. His beat-up 10-year-old flip phone is all he wants and needs. When I last visited, he sadly shared that it could no longer hold a charge more than a couple hours, and he wasn't looking forward to learning a smartphone or even a new flip phone.I found this battery and placed a quick Amazon Prime order. Even though it didn't quite arrive by the time I'd left, it was an easy enough replacement that he took care of it himself, and sent me a happy text to tell me it had revived his trusty phone.The rest of the phone will probably crap out before this battery does. But he's happy with it, and so am I.

I bought these batteries for my old Verizon/Samsung flip-phone--I don't want a phone that that I nee to pay attention to! Despite rigorous following of instructions for initial battery calibration, neither of the two I purchased will hold a charge more than 36 hrs. Either Verizon has found a way to drain them remotely (to try to convince me I need a smart phone) or the batteries are no good. I lean toward the latter theory!

The battery that came with the phone, a Samsung, held it's charge for five days. I did a recharge once every five days, all was good. Now, with the new, NOT improved Samsung, OEM, battery I have to recharge every two days.For the money, this battery sucks. If I wanted to charge up every two days I would have bought an off brand battery.

Yep, my Samsung SCH-A930 phone was manufactured around 2006 and still works very well..And yet another battery has slowly fizzled out over the years.This replacement appears to work very well. Nice price.Now I'll see how long it lasts.(This was NOT part of a promotion.)

This a review of the fulfillment of the order, the appearance of the batteries, and a caution to the buyer. The order was fulfilled promptly, the batteries were new and appear to be very good quality; but I did not ensure that the batteries were the right replacement. The model # of the ones I needed ended with BZ these are GZ. Not compatible. The fault was mine, I apologize for the inconvenience to the seller and I encourage the buyers to pay attention to details. It'll save you, Amazon, and the seller time.

Liked the ability to hold a charge longer than the original battery and easy to replace the unit!

After charging my battery for most of the day yesterday it still wasn't fully charged. This is a new barely used battery. One 20 minute call to my sister and I am down to one bar. Headed to battery world!

This is a replacement battery for my husbands Motorola flip phone. The last one lasted for over three years. It's a flip phone, we have it many years because he doesn't want to change to another type phone, so this battery keeps us going!
