Absolutely delicious dry Spanish chorizo. I made a large pot of caldo gallego and used this chorizo in the soup sliced and small rings and it added so much flavor to the soup everyone wanted seconds. I will get this again and again because it was so flavorful. Obviously it's made with very high quality ingredients and it was a pretty good value for the money

Decent Chorizo if you can’t find fresh. I was making Paella 🥘 so this worked well.

super tough. removed the casing and it was still very tough. I diced some and mix it into with some scrambled eggs and sauted onions and it was still chewy and tough. I did not like the flavor or texture

Not as I remember the taste of chorizo when I lived in the French and Spanish regions of the Pyrenees on the Mediterranean. Also the casing is difficult to remove. Strange texture gets stuck in the teeth. Disappointing.
