DIY Projects: Landscaping: How To Design Your Own Landscape Paperback – May 14, 2015

An all-rounder for anyone how wants to try and do their own landscaping. From the equipment that you will need, sprinkler system design and layout, as well as different plants are all mentioned here. The hand sketches and illustrations showing, for example how to build your own water feature, puts a personal touch to the book. It got my creative juices flowing, and I am looking forward to landscaping and DIY projects in my garden.

This book was unprofessional. A very poorly made book with misspellings and poor grammar throughout. Diagrams and sketches were divided in parts with the first part on one page and the rest of the sketch on the following page. The information was basic and nothing stellar about any part of this book. I regret spending money on this book.

It's okay it jumps around a lot and not a whole lot of ideas. Mostly good tips and advice. I don't think it's terrible just not great.

As a homemaker I am into a budget and cannot afford to pay landscapers. When I found this book I knew it could help me save a lot and make my lawn into a something great. I cannot wait to try all of these great tips written on this book! I know I can save much, and willing to share these great tips with others!

There's really no purpose to own this book. It tries to cover a huge number of topics, so really only includes a couple of sentences in each one and doesn't actually tell you how to do much of anything. It's more like a glossary of landscaping terms, and - despite the title - doesn't teach you anything about design. It's also riddled with typos, editing errors, and formatting mistakes.

After I found a specialist to complete my garden, I nearly fell from the chair on the quantity of dollars she quoted to complete my landscape designs. This book has all I need to create my garden landscape, first and it’s done by myself. I really appreciate Johannes to save me lots of fortune by obtaining this book.

I would like to have seen more ideas with pictures, but it is still a nice book.

I expected a professional product with photographs, etc. The cover presents the only color photograph. The content is the authors handwritten notes and hand drawings that must have been copied out of their personal notebook. A disappointment and waste of money.
