Good built quality. Good built material. Good bass for closed room within 160 sq ft and in open area can feel the bass. Good and clear audio quality. On time delivery. Bluetooth connectivity, Aux, Fm is googld. Perfect size for a 2.1. Value for money. No product damage on delivery. Good purchase.

Good but little pricy for the Bass and effect

I purchased this product with high expectations, trusting the Philips brand, but what I received was an utter disappointment. The product was delivered on 3rd May. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed the poor design and subpar quality — definitely not worth the price. To make things worse, the unit wouldn’t even power on. Completely dead on arrival! The speaker's woofer was oddly exposed from the bottom, and the speaker cone was already pressed in — clearly damaged or terribly manufactured. I trusted Philips for quality, but this product does not reflect that reputation anymore. After delivery, Amazon conveniently washes their hands off and puts the burden entirely on the customer to chase down Philips service. I contacted their support, and to this day, no one has followed up. Bottom line: I haven’t been able to use this product even once, and now I’m stuck with a useless, faulty item. Regret this purchase completely. Look elsewhere — there are better options and brands that actually care about their customers.

Not bad. Decent sound quality. The bass is fine, but not very deep — maybe not suitable for bass lovers. It’s best for PC use. I’m using this for my PC to listen to music and watch movies, and it’s okay for me because my purpose was just to have a small speaker system with standard bass. The wire length could be longer; right now it’s too short. If the wire were longer, it would be better for arrangement.
