IF you can tolerate gelcaps you can take MacuGuard.
I have not noticed a tremendous amount of difference other than less irritation during the pollination periods during the Springtime months. My last checkup at the eyedoctor when they did my retina imagery (another test instead of just the pressure test) of both eyes I am free of glycoma & I have healthy eyes (even though I wear glasses.

Effective when taken with real eggs
I take this supplement whenever I eat (orgnic) eggs. I think that the combination of MacuGuard and real eggs stopped my macular degeneration.

Not sure it helps, but it might, and does not hurt. does not matter what flavor a pill is if you swallow it whole.

Great health aid for eye protection
There really ISN'T ANY FLAVOR. My ophthalmologist recocommended Macuguard. Regarding improved night vision, amber glasses, this supplement did not add improved night vision. The only way my night vision returned was having my cataracts removed.
