Good for carrying in the car or truck
Well made and handy to keep in the car or truck. These are not full size tools but big enough the get the job done without taking up too much room.

Great Plier Set
It seems at this point and time, Irwin are the best hand tools for the money. They are somewhere between DIYer and professional. They are kinda like how you expect a tool to be, highly functional and long lasting durability. This is a great plier set.

unexpectedly high quality
Irwin "Vise Grip" needle nose & slip joint plier set: Well made with smooth joints. More than adequate for my household and hobby uses. With reasonable care they should last my lifetime. If more Chinese-made gear was up to this standard, their quality image problem would disappear.. Highly Recommended.

for woman's home tool box
I can never find my husband's tools when I need them, nor lift his tool box for that matter. These went into my very own tool box. They are of good quality and look like they will last forever. Love having my own tool set for household projects.

Great Pliers, No complaints
Purchased quite a while ago, and these are always the easiest to use. Older ones I've bought have felt clunky within a month or two. I can't tell the difference between mine and brand new ones.

Good for the price
Bought these on a whim for my son to use with me in the garage. Handles are nice, quality seems decent, and a good price on top of that.

Very Nice Set of Pliers
One of the best sets I've owned. Nice grip and visible for when you forget where you set them.

Pliers don't match image
The redesign is slight! 99% Same product. However, Irwin changed the needle nose hinge area back to a finger trap. Dunno how, but i frequently pinch my finger in the handle below the hinge. I intentionally bought this set because the Amazon photo showed more of a scissor style hinge. Still rated 5 stars, but let down.

Irwin pliers are my favorite and wanted a second set for the garage. Quality and construction is top notch. Only feel that 6" is a bit small when you hold the tool in a larger hand so if I had a second chance I'd go for the 7" instead.
