Excellent service,next day delivery. Working within 5 minutes of opening the package. Ordered essential oils to accompany delivery which was very beneficial. Lovely item,looks good in the home,relaxing lights and great scent throughout the house. Would definitely recommend and will probably buy a 2nd to use elsewhere in the home.

Works great looks great smells greatBUTunable to use it in a room with a TV.If you use any tv remotes it turns the defuser on and off Even if you change the volume. So having to use it in the kitchen onlyGreat item, but I do not recommend buying with a remote.
