The device worked fine.

BBQ is working again... I learned sonethng new. This item fit and is doing well.

Installed in a minute or two, slightly smaller than the old one. I received a 15 yo grill from a neighbor and everything worked we after replacing cracked the propane hoses. When the igniter only worked with firm pressure and a new, warm battery, I discovered corrosion on the negative battery terminal which contact cleaner did not fix. After installing this I got strong, rapid sparks that ignited quickly. I keep my grill covered when not in use but we get a lot of snow and moisture here in Central WA. Will report back on longevity.

I use this to replace the igniter in my charm, broiled grill. It was easy to install and works great well worth the money. As it was much cheaper than most other ones..

Got this for a charbroil single ignition 4 burner performance grill. Could not find one anywhere and was skeptical about this one because I was afraid the thread size was going to be too large. But it fits perfect and works perfect as far as firing up the grill. The single wire is standard(same exact connection as the charbroil performance connection). The only thing that I found odd, and this was probably my fault somehow, but the button shocked me several times while sparking it. I screwed it in tighter and it seems to have quit shocking me. So, I believe it's just that it isn't grounded properly if not tightened enough, and that somehow causes it to arc back through the button, which is odd because my other igniters don't do that. On the other ones you can have the device not connected to the grill and just be holding it, pushing the button and observing the spark without getting shocked. Either way, I gave it 5 stars. It showed up very quickly. I installed it in about 1 minute. It fits the hole. The wire fits. It lites the grill quickly. If there was another con, it would have to be that the pulse isn't rapid. But it lit. So it's fine with me. Hope this helps someone.

Great replacement for our barbecue grill, looks just like the original it works great

A simple inexpensive replacement for OEM igniter. The original igniter was incorporated into the burner knobs, where you depress the knob and turn on the gas. I could not find a direct replacement, this was easy to install and simply requires that you push the button down while you turn the burner knob on.

Worked great so far no issues bought this a few years ago and its still working.
