How do you adjust this valve for manual operation only?

Plumb it in is as normal - you just don't have to wire up the solenoid. To manually operate it, just turn the bleed screw (next to the solenoid) on and off.

Is the valve complete & ready for installation? Or do I need to buy the solonoid, diaphram, etc. separately ?
