**Update: I reviewed this product almost 3 years ago, and these bad boys are still THRIVING. The battery on these things is spectacular! Obviously, if they’re on for hours, the battery begins to deplete within that same day but if you use it every so often for minimal things, it can last MONTHS. I genuinely charge these once every 2-4 months (maybe even longer) & have no issues with it whatsoever. A lot of devices die regardless if they’re in use or not, but not these babies. Get yourself some. Promise, it’s absolutely worth it. Also, for reference, these are used to do medical care on a child during night time (giving meds, feeds, changing dresssing, etc.) or also when the light goes out after a storm, sometimes for reading or other miscellaneous things. To be fair, the only thing I have noticed that is slightly different is the stiffness of the light’s neck. It’s still very flexible but doesn’t stay in the exact place you bend it towards as much. Not super off, but not bad for almost 3 years usage***Original Review:I have night nurses for my son & since his crib is also in my room, I needed a cordless light they could clamp anywhere they needed for his cares. This light is just AMAZING. It opens up wide & grips almost anywhere without slipping! It doesn’t show in my pics but it has a brightness level & you’re able to change the light color as well from a white, yellowish or blueish tone. It’s 2 different touch buttons that manage each & they also have an on/off switch on the side if you prefer. The battery life is incredible, if you don’t have it on for hours! It does start dimming after maybe 3-4 hours? But it charges really fast as well & the battery (if used small periods at a time) can last 2 weeks to a month! Of course, this is based on my needs. I use it mainly so the nurses can administer medications, change out supply, change my son’s diaper, etc. Sometimes I use it to journal & read so that does take longer & kills the battery quicker depending on how long I sit there for using it. It’s also SUPER flexible. You can twist and turn this thing however you please and it’s just soooo convenient because there’s no need to clamp & unclamp on multiple areas. The charger doesn’t include the power outlet part but I’m sure most people have some spares hanging around. Anyway, I just absolutely love this product. It’s unbelievable how good of a night light it is for the price! I read some reviews stating that they stopped working after a short period of time & whatnot but I’ve had mine for about 5 months and there is nothing wrong with them whatsoever. I got 2 of them & I don’t need any more but I love them so much that I might just buy some additional ones to have around!!

I had an old light I use at the bed post to read to to help me see if I wake up at night. I usually have 3 books next to me. My old one after 2 weeks broke and the light wouldn't turn on. So I tried this one. Not only does it have 3 different levels of brightness but 3 different types of leds. One of which is like an amber color so it doesn't blind you if you look at it. Honestly it charges pretty fast but the battery life could be better, however it's partially my fault because I keep it on (not the light itself) but I always have it on the on switch. Which is nice to have an on/off switch besides the touch part to turn it on with varying degrees of brightness. I'd highly recommend it as you can plug it about anywhere and use it as a desk light, nightlight, reading light, or whatever. It's very adjustable and just a nice looking light to have.

I was looking for a reading lamp to use in bed. Typically, I use a lamp on my end table and it is just not bright enough, I end up unable to see or falling asleep prematurely.This lamp has a basic clamp that will clip to the headboard. The padding on my clamp doesn't line up so unfortunately the one pad hits the wood, the other is plastic. I have put some felt on the inside of the clamp to protect my wood but it is a disappointment. The clamp has four "feet" implying you could use it as a desk lamp but I found that depending on the position of the neck it may or may not be stable.The neck is incredibly bendable and holds the head of the light in place without any issues.The lamp is usb charged and I've had no issues with it working correctly.This lamp had a unique round "O" shape to it and I was curious. For the price I thought it was worth the risk. The light resulting from the lamp is more diffused and less targeted. It works for reading if set to the highest brightness, but on the lower levels I feel like it's too dark. There are three colors of lights. I would describe one as a blue light, one as normal room light, and the last as a yellow light. Each color also has three brightness levels. Controls are a power button on the side of the lamp and two buttons on the top of the clamp, one for the color and the other for the brightness.This is a nice basic lamp and honestly for the price it can't be beat. It isn't exactly what I had hoped for, I think I would have been happy with a more direct targeted light, but it does the job.

The lamp is great, it’s got a good few levels of brightness to choose from as well as a switch between cold blue/white light and warm yellow light, the gooseneck feels sturdy and bends into basically any position without issue, and the clamp doesn’t feel like it will just break one day, I’m sure that in most respects this lamp will be fine and serve its purpose for a long time.Except for the one big flaw that I can’t believe didn’t get caught in the design. The microUSB charging port. It’s positioned in such a way that there’s a plastic lip over it, which, when combined with the plastic molding over the cable, make the cable very difficult to push in. As you can see in the photo, it just barely fits. I’ve tried a couple other cables I had, and they all experience the same issue. I’m certain that this is going to be the point of failure for this unit at some point in the future, and when that happens I won’t purchase it again for this exact reason. I will instead look for a lamp that has a more modern USB C power input, in a more sensible place.Edit: I've updated this review and removed a star because after using it for a while I've noticed that it's really pretty annoying to turn on and off, and most importantly, the red/green charging light is far too large and bright to have on in the dark, which means you can't just leave it plugged in all the time unless you want your room lightly illuminated constantly.

Very useful and practical clip-on light. It’s easy to move and attach anywhere, which makes it very convenient.The brightness settings are great, and it’s gentle on the eyes at night. We’ve been using it especially during nighttime diaper changes, and it helps a lot without disturbing the baby.

My son likes to read before bed and had been using one of those nightlight toys that look like an animal. We thought this would work well as a actual book light, and at the prices offered, we figured we couldn't go wrong. We specifically chose it because we wanted it to clip to his headboard. This one was perfect for that option. His headboard is about 2 inches wide and this light fit great. It is even strong enough to be clipped to the side (we tried it). The touch button feature is also great and operates well. The choice of colors is ok, but there wasn't much difference between them. It was either bright white, warm white, or slightly blue light. I think an option of more colors may have been better. Also, each color has three brightness settings, and I'll speak to that last. Battery life wasn't really tested because we keep it plugged in. I could see it as useful if you took it traveling. Overall this a great book light. The only thing that would have been better is if the light could have gone down in brightness a bit more. In our case, we clipped it so it was overhead my son's reading. And the light is basically right over his head so it's almost a little too bright even at the lowest setting. However, as it can be clipped other places, we are still experimenting and it could be placed on his bed side table, perhaps. Again, great price for this light and the fact it fit our need for something that clips to his bed frame was perfect.

Good product

These are very handy reading lights and my kids love using them at bedtime. They're easy enough for them to flick between the different light settings. The clip also works well on the night stand and I love the adjustable neck.

Looks to be OK. I have not used it yet, waiting till I move in to retirement village.

Faulty item. Ran out of batteries and wasn’t able to be recharged as advertised.

Liked different setting but dislike how sensitive to touch. Turned on in night when I rolled over.Use to find way up bed/ read in bed
