This slow feeder has really helped my Doberman slow down while eating, and we've had no issues with it so far. I love that it has a non-slip bottom that keeps it in place on our tile floor, even when he's excited for mealtime. It's ready to use with no assembly required, and the size is perfect for a large dog. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I think it's durable enough to last for many years. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for other large dog owners.

Slows Hank the Tank, my big boy boxer, down from 30 seconds to 10ish minutes which I’m calling a win! Perfect for flat faced dogs - shallow enough not to be too frustrating and challenging enough to slow him down. I’ve only fed dry kibble and clean up is easy. Bowl is sturdy and does not slide around. Five stars!

So far this is a great dish to have for my dog that normally inhales his food in a matter of seconds.It’s now taking him 5 minutes to eat his meal.

So, I have a rescue pittbull who likes to see how fast he can inhale his food and I'm not joking when I say, he was eating 1 1/2 cups in 30 seconds flat. He was getting upset stomach and barfing up his food recently. Tried it for the first time tonight and it took him 14 minutes to eat it. It kept him busy and he only tried to push with his paw once, and continued to slow eat. I may try a little less slow version of the same brand, but I LOVE it already. I'm sure he'll shave off a few minutes when he's used to it, but seriously this thing is amazing. My other dog already eats slow so he doesnt need one, but I would buy again for sure! With a nine week old English black lab that absolutely inhales his food, we have been giving him his allotment of food each meal by splitting it in half and then giving him the second half 5 or 10 minutes after he finishes the first. Naturally that requires us to be a bit more involved in his feeding but a slow feeder allows you to put the entire meal in and let them have at it. I like the look and feel of this fun feeder. It has enough variation to slow things down and I like the rubber feet that helps hold it fast. The reason for four stars is not any design flaw but more of the fact that this probably isn't good for young puppies or small dogs whose tongue is not very long. The video shows my dog after about 60 seconds and you can start to see the frustration build. About 10 seconds after this video ended, the bowl was flipped over and all the food spilled. For now I'm going to keep it away and reintroduce it later and see if he's able to get everything out without getting frustrated. Because labs are so food driven, this may not work, but definitely worth a try in order to slow them down.

It works so well!! Slows my 6 month puppy from about a minute to over 10 mins! I’m honestly so impressed. I was struggling to decide between the 2 or 4 cup bowl because my puppy only eats 1-1.5 cups at a time right now, but I’m happy that I went with the larger bowl because her kibble fills it half way, leaving room for growth, and there are so many grooves for her to work around. What a great tool for stimulation! Doesn’t slip around at all either!

This product is fantastic. My dog immediately used this puzzle feeder and it kept her occupied for at least 15 minutes. It slowed down her fast eating and provided some puzzle entertainment. It is bet durable and easy to clean. No assembly is necessary.

My dog used to eat his bowl of food in about 30 seconds and has now slowed his eating down considerably. This is a great bowl.

these bowls really do slow down my Doberman, we bought this one as she had her previous bowl for a couple years and we wanted to mix it up. great quality product, lasts forever, and does the job.

Very big. But better for dry food. For wet food, it is abit hard for the dog to lick it up unless the snout is very narrow or small. Good quality.
