Hello I'm 6 feet 1 around 185 I bought a medium to fit closer to the body for base layer shirt when running and a x large for everyday where so it wouldn't be to snug remember they all are compression shirts just wanted this one longer and looser also tried large which was fine but still wanted it looser Hope's this help

light wind - swell. strong wind - nope. I wear them under a sweatshirt or lumber jack shirt. I also wear them at night for comfy sleeping.
