Did not fit our seat ( my fault) return was easy and quick. Product itself looked good and was complete when it arrived.

Bit fiddly but done the job. Not 100% sturdy no matter how tight I tighten them though. Rusted about a year later so need replacing already

Well for the price honestly don't know this is my first time buying a replacement but some screws didn't fit properly and some of them didn't fit properly so i have to use some of the old ones don't get me wrong looks good quality but is no a slow close seat eather if it was for a £5 i will give 5 starts but this price no it deserves a 2

Seat went back on easy. Fittings were strong. No issues or concerns, during or after.

Looked good but fell short at fitting as not fit for purpose
The actual parts were sturdy and felt well made but screw that hold stem was not long enough or thread in stem was not done properly so did not hold, couple hours of my life I won't get back. Bought new toilet seat from argos £18 should have done that in first place.
