Very good. Used for months. Helped my neck pain significantly. Highly recommend. Didn’t wake up with hurting neck anymore. I sleep better. I also noticed it is much cooler than my regular pillows and I never wake up from a hot pillow. Highly recommend this pillow it’s amazing.

I only write reviews on products i find amazing! This pillow exceeded my expectations!!!! I absolutely love it and believe me, I've gone through dozens others in search of the perfect pillow. I'm not a huge fan of firm pillows at all, I also find the softer ones lacking support. This pillow is a happy medium with the perfect balance between softness and firmness. I woke up with no neck or shoulder pain and no headache!! Yes, the pillow had a smell first out of the box, as to be expected from memory foam, but it's not a problem after airing it out for at least 24 hours and washing the cover first. The pillow seems to be of high quality memory foam, not like the ones you get at the store. I've spent so much money on pillows in search of the perfect pillow and $50 seems to be a good value for this one because of the high quality material, the relief of pain, and the quality of sleep I've been receiving. If you're experiencing neck pain and headaches I highly recommend you try this pillow!

it’s a little bit hard but I’d recommend it. At least i’ve been feeling way better on my shoulders, it works!

Pillow feels grat when you first lay on it. It has a nice curve for your neck. But, it heats up a fair amount at night and holds the heat. Also, that curve once heated smashes down. Ultimately, it ends up being a warm firm pillow. For me, that is better than an average pillow, but it doesn't make it a great pillow. I'm still on the hunt for a pillow. 3 months of use on this pillow for reference.

This pillow has been a life changer for me. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years to try to find relief for a cervical injury I received in a car accident in 1997. I’ve had pillows that have helped some; but nothing ever totally relieved the pain I would feel each and every night and each and every morning. I have been sleeping on this pillow since November 2024. I’m a heavyset woman and require one that actually fits my body and it does. It allows my neck to be fully supported as well as the back of my head. I sleep with a CPAP and generally start out on my back. I usually roll over to my side at some point during the night. This pillow actually offers exceptional support in that position as well. Due to the pinched nerves in my cervical spine when I lay down on my back on other pillows, I would notice my right arm would begin the tingling that occurs when a limb is falling asleep. With this pillow, there is no transition to a sleepy limb. I fall asleep quickly, and I stay asleep all night. In response to others stating that it’s rock hard or as hard as a cement brick. I do admit it is quite a firm pillow. But it is memory foam. As you lay on the pillow and your body heat warms the memory foam it begins to cradle you with support. I sleep on a memory foam mattress and notice in the winter it’s quite hard when I first lay down. Within a few minutes, it begins to cradle my body. This pillow works the same way. I have never experienced it going flat as others have expressed. It does however do what memory foam does which is wrap you in comfort. I would say the only negative is that it is memory foam and it does heat up. If you’re looking for a cooling pillow, this is not the one. If you’re looking for a support pillow for your neck, back & shoulders, this is absolutely the one! I have spent more than twice this amount of money for a pillow only to be disappointed in the end. I highly recommend this pillow at this price. It is well worth the money.

The best pillow I’ve ever used to keep shoulder and neck pain away. Sleep on your back, or change to the side, the pillow gives you the stability you need. This is my second purchase. Don’t forget to wash the outer liner too. The best neck support and pain relief. I had my first one for five years. Time to treat myself to a new one!

Pillow is not as described in user review video and a number of reviews on here. It is soft, not firm. It is quick to sink with slight pressure from my hand. Very disappointed. If you want firm neck support, look elsewhere. The C Cushion Lab butt cushion is firmer than this pillow.

I have been suffering with cervical neck pain and could find no relief. I tried all kinds of pillows including an expensive purple pillow. They actually made it worse. I bought this pillow and when I first saw it I was unsure if there was anything special about but but let me assure you it is special. It holds my head straight in alignment with my body. My head feels like it is cradled by some heavenly cloud supporting it. The first night I slept with this pillow I slept for 11 hours straight without moving. Talk about sound sleep! Believe me this pillow is great if you suffer from neck or upper back pain. By day 2 my pain was gone!!! I am sold on this pillow and will continue to buy more if this one wears out. Buy it, you won't be sorry. Also the cover on the pillow is very comfy and soft, there is a zipper on the back so you can take it off and wash it.

I love my new pillow. I have bought over 20 pillows in the last 12 months and not one of them were comfortable. That is until I purchase this pillow. It really helps to support your neck weather laying on your back or side. Couldn’t be happier
