Where can I get replacement or additional Slide Boogies? One has sprung a leak already.

I don't know, but my slide split on first use and the side bubbles started falling apart right away. Junk, very disappointing.

is the bottom that is against the ground inflatable or does it have to be on a lawn? My backyard is paved concrete.

The bottom is not inflateable. The sides are. It can be put on the grass though. My only suggestion is to put a small amount of dish soap on the bottom surface to make is easier for the kids to slide.

Does this have to be hooked up to a hose continuously, or just put water inside and then done?

The hose has to be connected continuously.
