DON'T GET CONFUSED WITH THE FUNGUS ON PLANTS || IT IS FOR GOOD
So this is an updated review, initially after using it, within 4-5 days a white fungus grew on the top of the soil. I thought this will spoil all my plants. I was dead terrified. But then I researched about it online. Came to know, that Neem Khali always does this as it decomposes with the plant soil only, so of course, fungus will grow.Just don't water it until the soil looks dry and within a couple of more days it will automatically go away. Trust the process!
