Are these made of a soft flexable material or non flexible material

Isn't it (bad) chemicals that can leech onto coin that allows a flip to fold? Why so many complaints (this is a good thing)?

The PVC that damages coins is a plastic softener and so flips without it are going to be more brittle. These are long term archival storage quality, and repeated folding will break them faster than flips that are softer but are not designed for long term storage. It's a trade off.
