Can the just the ladder be brought as already have the basic just want the ladder

You cannot buy only the scale, it is a complete cage.

My bunny would be able to jump out so can you make a roof and enclose the cage. and is it suitable for bunnies ?

I would say no just because once you add extra for a roof it would be very hard to clean . we had to cable tie some panels as our guinea pigs running about made some panels loosen

Can you buy extra panels separately? I need 8 more to go woth this one

I got extra by buying a cube bookcase set it was much cheaper. I needed my cage off the ground so used the others as a base

What size is the ladder or can it be made to suit our tortoise?

I think it would be the wrong shape for a tortoise its sides are high and its narrow
