I was very skeptical as I do A LOT of leatherwork. But it works perfectly. Accepts standard barrel size blades, Tandy leather etc.It is not my $300 Leather Wranglers sk, but for $23 bux it works perfect.Change the blade, and it’ll cut smooth every time.Small barrel size, easily controlled cuts, what’s not to love!!

I purchased this knife specifically for my 1/8" detail blade so I wouldn't have to keep changing blades. This knife has a nice but slightly smaller saddle. I have size large hands and regular knife saddles work fine for me. If you are looking for a knife for someone with smaller hands this one might be perfect for you because this saddle is a little more petite.The shaft is adjustable for height and the knife pivots smoothly in the cuts.

Editing my original review and eating some crow (Original can be read in its entirety, below).My original beef with the product, is that I couldn't get the set screws in the body of the tool.See, the tool even comes with a set of EXTRA set screws.I was trying to put set screws in on top of set screws.That never works!The seller contacted me immediately after viewing my initial review, offering to make amends - bonus points!The tool itself seems to be constructed very well and should provide me with years of service.I should've paid attention to the sizing and bought the larger version, though - rookie mistake.As mentioned before, the supplied wrench is the wrong size for the set screws, but this wasn't a big deal for me, because I have a ton of wrenches."Haven't really used the tool, but I DID spend thirty minutes trying to get one of the set screws in place.After fifteen minutes, I dropped the first supplied screw and lost it - they're microscopic.Fifteen minutes later, I had uttered every curse word known to man and I finally gave up.Now before you go judging, I'm a handy type of guy.I've screwed plenty o' set screws in countersink drill bits and such.I am definitely not a set screw newbie.The only way to describe these, is "SUCK."Oh and as a couple of other reviewers have mentioned, the supplied wrench is the wrong size for the screws.I'm wondering if the wrench is the correct size and they sent me the wrong screws."

I am a professional leather worker and I was looking for extra swivel knives to hold various blades so I didn't have to spend time switching.The Knives game with 2 blades each. The blades are nothing to get excited about but as with any blade I'm sure with sharpening and polishing will work great. I like the smaller size of this knife because I have smaller hands. Over all, I like the sturdiness and feel that for the price they are an excellent option.

This is a nice swivel knife for the money. It comes with two tips for different applications. The tips come sharp out of the box. I only wish they came with two swivel handles so you wouldn't have to swap blades. Keeping track of two different blades is often a chore unless you are a OCD kind of person.

This is an amazing tool. The blades came already pretty sharp out of the package but I did put the blades to my 3k grit diamond stones and my strope with some polishing compound.The blades are a little bit thinner than the blades that come in your beginner swivel knifes so they are perfect for getting a thinner cut for your more complex tooling patterns like your Sheridan style carving.I would recommend this tool to anyone that I like and no one that I don't.

The product is good, but the sizes Small and Medium are identical including the blades they come with.

Good value, sharp, swivel knife for decorative cuts in leather. This is far superior to my previous tool. Love it.
