Last long, smells nice, works great.
I love this product! I must use chalk while lifting, for hand protection as well as grip. But did not want my basement gym to end up with chalk everywhere. This works exactly as advertised! I use a very small amount, less than a dime in size. This coats both hands completely and dries within about a minute (less with some air flow). The chalk stays put too! I usually apply my chalk after a few warmup sets of squats, and it will last the rest of my workout (45-60 mins). It only comes off with water (or sweat if you aren't careful). Also, it smells great! My wife likes the chalk smell I end up with after my workouts lol!

Love this product. Changed my workouts.
I absolutely love this product. I train with someone who competitively powerlifts, and he introduced me to this product. For years I used wrist straps for deadlifts, shrugs, and dumbbell rows, so I never developed good hand strength. Since using this product, my hand strength has significantly increased, and I no longer experience slippage when gripping the bar (i.e., from sweaty palms and/or smooth bars). I literally use it for every workout now regardless of what part of the body I'm training. I highly recommend it. My one word of caution is that, if you are sensitive to chalk, you may notice your hands, mouth/throat, and eyes feeling dry. I knew that I was sensitive to chalk before using the product and I've been experiencing all of the above. I am very sensitive to chalk, so I don't hold this against the product. I still highly recommend it.

Highly recommend!
This stuff is really good! I have a great grip when using it. I only need to use a little each time, so the bottle lasts for a long time. It's not messy like regular chalk, it doesn't get all over the bar or whatever you are gripping.

Does it work?
Update 12/29/16 I really don't understand all the negative comments, I have been using this product for more than 6 years. I can't deadlift more than 300 lbs without it period! Again, please apply it to the bar as well as your hands. You don't have to use it on your light days (if you have any). End update I should say absolutely "yes!". One container lasted me almost 2 years and half while using it 2-3 times a week. I am going to use it now more often, with each workout (4 times a week). The price is right and it works flawlessly. BTW, I will highly suggest applying it to the bar itself if you are going to deadlift some serious weights. This product will undoubtedly improve the safety of your lifts. Speaking of safety, I will highly suggest you take a look at this book Maximum Strength: Get Your Strongest Body in 16 Weeks with the Ultimate Weight-Training Program (the only change I made was to adjust the intensity) and Eric Cressey's site (just google it) and his newsletter.

I feel like "Muscle Foods LLC" shouldn't sell a non-edible product
Liquid chalk for weightlifting, I bought it so I wouldn't have chalk dust everywhere. It seems to work well but had a somewhat gross smell that I have to adjust to. The bottle also seemingly lasts forever, maybe I just don't deadlift enough. Oh also, I feel like "Muscle Foods LLC" shouldn't sell a non-edible product, just my opinion though.

Great for deadlift grip support to train without straps!
This is my go to for grip support in the gym. Sometimes it does transfer, but not terribly like a brick of chalk. The brick would probably trigger my asthma. I have the small bottle I can clip to my water bottle and carry around for workouts. The larger refill is great to keep at home for refills.

Believer!!!
This stuff is great! I wish my gym would allow chalk, but since it doesn't I needed something else. I tried gloves, but they just don't last. Basically a waste of money with my workouts. After searching I found this and boy did I see results immediately. First day I tried them I had deadlifts for 5 reps for 5 sets. On my last set I got my previous 1 rep max. I knew my grip was the issue and I'm glad I bought this stuff. Definitely am satisfied about the purchase and would recommend. I've since tested my 1 rep max for deadlifts and went up 30 lbs in it. I could have probably did more, but it was 5 set, 1 rep max day so I try to stick to the plan. The smell is good too. Just don't over do it with this stuff. I have XL hands and I can get through my 2 hour workouts most days with just it and I do sweat a lot. I mean a whole lot.

If you go to the gym with "no chalk" policy, it is a life-saver. It's a clean solution, it works fast and it's very cost-efficient. Easy to clean your hands afterwards and it smells like almonds. Winning on all fronts.

I use it before every BJJ and wrestling class. When everything is sweaty and no more enjoyable, that cream does the trick perfectly. Feels like having Spiderman like grip.

I use it for pole dancing. I'm very picky when it comes to hand grips, but I really like this one.

This is the best liquid grip on the market

I love Liquidgrip. My gym doesn't allow normal chalk and this gives me an alternative. It's chalk without the mess. I'd say it works pretty much as well as chalk if you let it dry enough. However, if you use it for almost every set, it will cost you a lot more than real chalk. I only use it for the heaviest deadlift sets and it lasts me a very long time.
