Super easy install & works!
We had stinky grey tanks on our brand new Grand Design 397THS. After googling and watching some videos, this product was recommended as the first course of action. I was skeptical for sure - our rig is brand new and I was doubtful this little part would save us from the killer stench that seemed to be emanating out of the kitchen sink. It is literally replaced in under 30 seconds - unscrew the old part, screw in this part. I installed it over the weekend and 3 days later I still have been living in nasal bliss! I will update in another week or so just to confirm we have been saved :) UPDATE Grey tank smell GONE! Using this for a number of weeks now and the smell has not returned, so success :)

Eliminates the foul odor
I had a sewer gas odor in my RV bathroom. I wasn't sure if the source was the air admittance valve (vent) under the sink or the toilet flange seal. I put a freezer bag over the vent and taped it securely. After a few hours there was no longer an odor so I knew that the vent was bad. I replaced the low quality OEM vent with the Studor Redi Vent and there is now no odor whatsoever. This was an easy fix, just unscrew the old vent and replace it with the new one. It's hand-tight so no tools are required. Please note that you'll also need some teflon tape for the threads on the new valve before installing (not included).

Works as expected
Had to replace same model that failed during sink clog episode after it started allowing water out, which it is designed not to do. I confirmed the failed device had to be replaced by tyring to float it in a cup of water and within 20 seconds it submerged below the level of the side vents. A working device would have kept afloat above those vents. This new one has a 2 in 1 sized adapter which I don't care for because it is larger. I preferred to keep the old adapter in place since it takes up less space. Note that product came without instructions, just a QR code. You also need to buy teflon thread seal tape to install it, not included. I like that it has warranty but only for the original purchaser, which is why I could not cash in on the failed unit. It is not transferable.

Quality Replacement!
The cheap AAV in our Grand Design RV failed admitting a sewer odor smell. Replaced two with these. Odor gone. Much higher quality then those replaced and cheaper then ones found at local home improvement stores!

smells no more
This device replaced a 30 year old one that was letting sewer gas enter the house. No more nasty smell after installing Studor air admittance valve. Very easy to install.

Excellent product
We used studor vents in our new home (which we were owner/builder for) because we didn't want any roof penetrations. One outside vent was all code required (FL) and we sent that out the laundry room to the utility side of the house. We used one for each bathroom, one for the kitchen and one for the laundry (a little overkill actually). One failed after 2 years, and was easily replaced. I'd rather replace one of these any day than have roof vents, asking for leaks and critters. Actually had a frog stuck in a roof vent in our old house. So Studor vents are the way to go!

Our home is in a rural area and we have a septic system. In the lower level of our home, we have a septic pit that handles the gray and septic waste from a 3 piece bathroom. The septic pit is directly vented to the main vent of the building that leads to the roof. When the septic pit is full, a pump comes on and pumps the effluent to the main septic line for the septic system. But the pump is so powerful that every time it worked, it also emptied every P trap and toilet in the house. This is not only annoying but also a very dangerous situation that then allows septic gases to enter the home. I purchased this Air Admittance Valve and attached it above the 2" vent pipe coming directly out of the septic pit. It works perfectly, drawing only the air from the immediate area and not from the entire venting system. No more worries about septic gases. However, the 2" ABS adapter that comes with the product is only designed to take the Air Admittance Valve that screws in at one end, and a 2" ABS pipe that you seal to the other. This was fine for me, but if you were intending to attach it to a 1 1/2" ABS pipe, you would also need an additional adapter to do so.
