I use this for TMJ muscle tightness and it works perfectly. I put it in a cup of hot water for 5 min and it stays hot for 10-15 min. Rolls around my face with ease. Highly recommend.

At the end of last year my insurance company in all their wisdom decided to stop covering my rescue medication for my migraines so I have been making sure that I have all I need at home to treat them as best as I can. Well migraine caps/hats are great but they only stay cold for so long. This product on the other hand stays ICE COLD for a very long time and helps me to be able to get sufficient relief long enough for me to get to sleep or my body to at least calm down! It’s under $20 (or $30 depending which version you buy) and that’s cheaper than what I was paying for my rescue meds 😂 I would have bought this even if I still had my medication because this works! So glad I found it when I did because I don’t have meds but I will continue to use it even when I do!!!

I have not used this product for cold therapy, only for heat therapy. It is very easy to use and to clean. It will stay warm for almost 10 minutes (after heating for about 10 minutes in water). One of the only things that I think can be improved on is the textured grip (it could use more textured grip around the base of the massager, and not just the rim). I was also worried about heating the metal ball to hot and melting the plastic, but this was not a problem. You also have to be careful because the metal ball can get very hot. I personally like to heat the metal ball pretty hot and start off using it over clothes (does not work well over jeans, only over thinner clothing) first, then when it cools off, I will use it directly on my skin. Overall I am satisfied with this massager and it is a reasonable price.

Although I have not tried cooling or heating it yet, it works very well and rolls great.

The stainless steel ball started getting a swirling pattern after the first use and was getting stuck from time to time, unable to roll. It felt like it was missing a piece on the inside or something.

As a physical therapist, I use and recommend this item for ice massage, especially for trigger points, bursitis, tendinitis, etc. Not as good as the original Cryostim, but a viable substitution.

I use this on the side of my hip. A hard place to get to. It feels great.

Ich habe mich soooo auf das Teil gefreut. Meine Physiotherapeutin hat es nach einer Anwendung an mir empfohlen. Ach, war das in Physio gut getan. Leider, leider hat die Silberne Kugel gefehlt. Na super dachte ich mir, wie soll ich das denn beweisen?? Amazon kontaktiert und schwupps, Problem gelöst. Danke Amazon!! Ich würde 5***** vergeben,da ich es in der Physio schon kennengelernt habe und es mir gut getan hat, aber wenn die Kugel fehlt.... geht's halt nicht .

Oh MY goodness..... These are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I can NOT stop. You can roll right over your problem areas at a good pressure and just feel relief, but no pain. The sensation from the balls is super neat too. If you like that extra from the cold function, if it goes away you can just rinse in cold water for a minute and it's super cold again! The tiny one I pulled out of the freezer to do my entire face and neck. I feel like a different human. The medium (still small) is cold if it's been sitting, but can also briefly rinse with cold and it's as it was. I want everyone to experience these! Honestly, this is the fastest relief I've EVER had. Completely crazy. Just make sure if you're doing around hairline you are careful and have a hairband to be able to roll freely.
