Work perfect the size and the color

If you have never used a grommet setter, go check out a few videos on the internet. This set does not include instructions. You will need a poly (cutting) board and a poly hammer. Do not use a metal hammer or you will damage the tools. The set is easy to use and the plastic tweezers actually come in handy. After setting the grommet the back side of the grommet (ugly side) is fairly smooth. I added a few pictures, I am adding grommets for keychains and backpack/purse decorations.

A fine inexpensive way to try out using decorative grommets. I used them to make paper doll Valentines with moveable arms, legs, and head. I used index paper. Punch sharp and setting tool worked fine. Maybe didn't seal completely around the grommet every time, but adequate for my purpose. Hint: Use a rubber mallet and self-healing mat on a floor or hard surface.

Create accessory pack for crafting paper goods and assembling products.The grommets can hand snap together for situations where you might want to take the item apart like doing notebooks to add more paper or you can use a small hammer or plier to fasten it permanently to your project.

While the grommet set I received is useable, it was a returned item in its previous life. Probably missing a few grommets, however, I wasn't about to check that, but the package was not in a new state and there were no instructions included (who removes the instructions before returning?????). I'll keep the product because it works just fine, however, be aware before purchasing -- I've always found grommets to be difficult to install regardless of how you purchase them (yes, I've installed many over the years) and I'm sure that's why several people have received returned items.

Just as shown. Love it!

The grommets are pretty hard so you can't just press down like in the picture. I expect them to last a while if I can get them to set properly - haven't had the best luck there. Has a pretty strong metallic smell compared to some other eyelet and grommet products I've bought before, not sure what that means.

The grommets are great. The tools are not so great and my case broke the first day I had it.
