Literally Miraculous -- it works wonderfully
This stuff is miraculous. I have had a TERRIBLE problem with severe heel cracking for years now, and it was just getting worse and worse. I was limping everywhere thanks to the numerous deep fissures and the pain. My heels were a mess of deep cracks and a network of deep-thick flaps of cracked skin sticking out everywhere and catching on things. Nothing I tried worked, despite constant researching and asking a dermatologist. And I had tried EVERYTHING. Even surgical glue. Grinding down calluses. Slicing them off. Wearing socks. Wearing cream and wearing socks. Wearing shoes. Whatever -- I tried it all. Well, I found this stuff at the local health food store (and then bought a few more online here) -- IT WORKS. I've been using it for maybe a month now. No cracked heels. No pain. It's wonderful and I couldn't be happier. It's fragrance-free. I'm not allergic to anything in it. It's not greasy (you can rinse it off your hands without soap). It doesn't stain your sheets. It's rare that you find a product that actually WORKS for anything...so much marketing hype and so on. This stuff -- it works. Furthermore, it works without my having to wear socks or shoes (I work at home, and as my feet tend to get hot, I despise wearing socks and shoes & only do so when I go out !). So, I'm still doing all the things that supposedly "caused" the fissures, but I no longer have the fissures, thanks to this Natralia stuff. If I sound excited, it's because I am.

Good for rough, dry heels -- but Emu Bliss is better!!
I have struggled to deal with dry, cracked heels for a long time. At first I thought it was an issue of needing exfoliation, so I tried various methods, including one particularly aggressive version which left very tender, pink skin -- but then after the tenderness went away, the dry, rough skin returned. Then I tried various moisturizers, including those that claimed to solve rough heels, with minimal improvement. This has worked the best out of >10 products. My heels did not improve so much in 3 days as shown in the product photo; it took more like a week of twice daily use, but I am very pleased with the results. I now use every 2-3 days for maintenance, and after a month, the good results have continued. I am overall quite happy with this product and highly recommend it.Update, 8/24/15: I've found that Emu Bliss Banish My Callous works better than Natralia's cream. I am downgrading this product to 4 stars and will give Emu Bliss 5 stars because softened my heels beyond what Natralia could do.

This stuff is a MIRACLE!
You know the saying that if you think something is too good to be true, then it probably is? Well that most certainly does not apply to this product! This heel balm is an absolute MIRACLE! My heels were so dry and had such thick calluses on them that they actually hurt. There were deep cracks and they were just so sore. I used to use one of those callus shavers on my heels, but after a few too many times of cutting too deep into my skin, I stopped using those. Pumus stones did next to nothing for me, as it seemed like they only removed about 1% of the skin that needed to come off. Other creams and ointments that I bought from drug stores and supermarkets would somewhat relieve the pain for a few minutes, but would never solve the problem itself. Honestly, I thought I had tried everything, and I was just doomed to have painful heels for the rest of my life. Then I saw an ad in a magazine for this product, and decided that I had nothing to lose by trying it. Boy am I glad that I did, because I have only used it 4 times (twice per day) and my heels are already smooth, moist, and pain-free! I swear, if this stuff cost 20 times what it does, I would still buy it. TRY IT! And by the way, this is a REAL and HONEST review. I am not being paid by the company to write this, and I do not work for the company or have any financial interest in the company.

NOT FOR ME
Sorry, but I was underwhelmed by this product -- it seemed to work no better than my regular "body butter" or body cream -- did not really see results that were expected -- would not buy again.

Working for me too! EASY!
IN SHORT: This stuff works, is really easy and smells good. My heels/feet get really bad in the summer and this cream is the best I've ever found. Try it!LONGER REVIEW: I've tried lots of things that haven't really worked -- like soaking my feet in epsom salts and essential oils and then using one of those "scrapers" to get the rough skin off, followed by lots of different products, like pure lanolin (yuck -- have you ever done *that*?!) or thick, "natural" foot creams (Burt's Bees, for instance) underneath cotton socks all night while I slept. This kind of approach to better feet is time-consuming, uncomfortable, aggravating and doesn't really do much or last long. But this Natralia cream is somehow different! And I've only been using it at night (the directions say to do it twice a day, including once in the morning). It does take a little while for the cream to soak in (but not too long), and I don't like dealing with that in the morning while getting ready for the day. I've also forgotten a few nights. Nonetheless my feet are much smoother, much less dry/cracked and much less ugly. I thought about posting pics but I didn't want to gross you out with my nasty feet! No more soaking, cleaning up, scrubbing, etc. I'm sold on this product! I originally saw it in an ad in a "natural foods" magazine.

Product defective
The box was cut and taped which indicates the product was opened before and the seal of the tube was open and leaking.

Product smelt bad and was leaking
Product arrived leaking, crusted, and with a fishy odour when opened. Box was also crushed. I have purchased this cream from a store, so I know how it is supposed to smell. Box was labelled "new" but I know this product does not look and smell as it should. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.
