not new, has been used not "Box has been opened but item is in perfect working order."
The description says "Box has been opened but item is in perfect working order." But upon opening it there are sticky substance on it and there are no cables, screws or anything else your suppose to get with a new motherboard as is described on every other web site I looked at for this board

Low quality craftsmanship somewhere down the line
The IO shield clearly doesn't fit but it looks like someone over torqued the screws that attach it, so not only does it not fit right, its bent pretty bad.
