The rug surpassed my expectations, it is gorgeous ,incredibly soft,I use it on my family room ,received nothing but compliments on it,did not have to clean it yet because I only had it for about 5 weeks and I make everybody take of their shoesI spot cleaned it only had a little mishap.but I came right out.i will definitely shop with this company again. Good customer service and prompt shipping they care about their customers .I give it 5 stars.

I have not had any stains and the rug was placed in a brand new house with little traffic. All I can comment on at this time is the appearance. The rug looks better than the picture, beautiful pattern and looks great in my living room. It coordinated perfectly with my color theme. I would recommend this rug. I have dark hardware floors thst highlights the rug even more.

Love the color, it’s soft and easy to vacuum. Haven’t had it along enough to clean or have stains.
